Accessibility Statement

RentFlow accessibility commitment.

RentFlow is intended to be usable by landlords and tenants with a wide range of abilities, devices and assistive technologies.

Last updated: September 10, 2026

Our commitment

RentFlow aims to provide a clear, navigable and readable experience across the public website, landlord workspace and tenant portal. Accessibility should be part of each design and implementation phase, not an afterthought.

Measures we take

RentFlow public pages should use semantic headings, keyboard-focus styles, responsive layouts, sufficient contrast, reduced-motion support, descriptive labels and careful use of animation.

Known limitations

Some workflows may still be under active development. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact support@rentflow.live with the page, device, browser and assistive technology involved when possible.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback should be reviewed as product feedback and prioritized alongside usability and reliability improvements.
