RentFlow provides software tools for rental property operations. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter and for using RentFlow in compliance with applicable laws, leases and agreements.
You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account used to access RentFlow and for notifying RentFlow if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
RentFlow can organize rental information, but it does not replace professional legal, accounting, tax, insurance or property-management advice. Landlords remain responsible for their own legal notices, lease obligations, accounting treatment and compliance decisions.
Tenant portal information is provided from landlord-maintained records. Tenants should contact their landlord if they believe rent, deposit, lease, maintenance or account information is inaccurate.
RentFlow may change features, plans and workflows as the product develops. Service availability may depend on hosting providers, email providers, payment providers and other third-party services.
