Refund Policy

Refunds and subscription cancellations.

How to request a refund for a RentFlow subscription, cancel future renewals and get help with a billing issue.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to paid subscriptions to RentFlow property-management software. It does not cover rent, security deposits or other payments between landlords, tenants and third parties that you record in RentFlow.

Your first subscription payment

If RentFlow is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase. We offer a full refund of that initial subscription payment, including applicable tax collected on it. The request must be sent within the 14-day window; processing may take longer.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid another charge.

The 14-day offer applies to your first paid subscription purchase, not each renewal or re-subscription. Renewal payments are not automatically refundable under this offer. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us promptly, preferably within 14 days of the charge, so we can review it. This suggested reporting period does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email support@rentflow.live with the subject “Refund request.” Include the email address used for your purchase, the transaction or order reference, the date and amount charged, and, optionally, a brief explanation. You do not need to provide a reason for the first-payment refund offer. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or bank credentials.

For a purchase billed by Paddle, you can also use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for purchases it processes, and refunds are handled through Paddle under the applicable buyer terms. We will work with Paddle to review your request.

  • Account or purchase email
  • Transaction or order reference
  • Date and amount of the charge

Incorrect charges and service problems

Contact us if you see a duplicate or unauthorized charge, cannot access a paid feature, or believe the service is materially different from what was described. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate correction, remedy or refund where required. These requests are not limited to the first-purchase refund offer.

Cancellation and access

You can cancel through the subscription-management link in your purchase receipt or the available billing controls for your account. If you cannot access those controls, contact support@rentflow.live for help.

Cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself refund an earlier payment. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period, unless you choose immediate cancellation or a refund changes your entitlement. A refund of the current subscription payment may end access to paid features.

How approved refunds are returned

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle or the payment provider and your bank. A refund confirmation does not necessarily mean the credit will appear immediately on your statement. Exchange-rate movements or fees charged separately by your bank may affect the amount shown in your local currency.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation, withdrawal or remedies for a faulty or misdescribed service. Where applicable law gives you greater rights than this policy, those rights take precedence. The first-payment refund offer also applies if you have used RentFlow during those 14 days.

Questions and policy changes

For questions about this policy, contact support@rentflow.live. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date and will not reduce rights that already apply to an earlier purchase.
